Dieses neue Team hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, das Protics-Kundenerlebnis durch crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit zu steigern und die Daimler Protics gleichzeitig strategisch zu positionieren. Durch den Neaufbau dieses Teams bekommst Du die Mglichkeit, einen entscheidenden Part bei der Neuaufstellung unseres Unternehmens zu leisten.
    **Deine Aufgaben im Einzelnen:**
    +

    Verantwortung fr den gesamten prozessbergreifenden Kundenprozess ber das Portfolio der DP hinweg: von Angebotsprozess inkl. Optimierung, Freigabemanagement und Automatisierung sowie den Kundenreklamationsprozess
    +

    Erstellung von Reportings, Berichten zur Analyse, Tracking und Steuerung der Kundenmanahmen
    +

    Verantwortung fr die Datenqualitt, -pflege sowie alle Prozesse im CRM
    +

    Generelle Verantwortung fr die neugestalteten Prozesse innerhalb der CX Orga ber die Bereichsgrenzen hinweg und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den HoT- Prozessen
