    Job Description

    The Compliance PM will work to injest splunk user access data and coordinate with compliance teams, technical users, and system owners to ensure data accuracy, user access controls are applied in accordance with CMMC requirements, and audit reports are generated and delivered in accordance with relevant timelines.

    This specific position will support the Digital Security Organization's Compliance Assurance – Government organization.

    Specific responsibilities:

    Coordinate the collection, validation, and reporting of user access data related to Remote Off-shore access

    Collect user access data from Splunk

    Support delivery of reports to auditor and audit teams

    Generate workflow documents and job aides to ensure long term excellence of the program

    Identify areas of process improvement, data validation measures, and other areas of improvement.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    At least 5 years relevant experience required

    3+ years of experience in PM-type roles managing data collection processes, projects, or operational workflows.

    Experience reading and utilizing Splunk logs

    Experience with and knowledge of User Access Data and corresponding relation to Security and compliance requirements

    Solid working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word.

    Previous audit experience preferred as this individual supports external audits.

    Individual will support reporting, process and job aide development.

    Individual may support multiple projects representing the project business owner.

    This individual will help define and document Remote off-shore access control policy, define tools and reporting requirements and capabilities.

    Individual must be able to function in a high volume, highly visible role supporting multiple peer and business organizations.

    Knowledge of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is a plus

    Familiarity with Archer and PowerBI is a plus.
