Your tasks

For our location in Nuremberg, we are looking for a working student (m/f/diverse) for a minimum of 6 months and 20 hours per week starting in October 2024.

In today's automotive world, telematics control units (TCUs) are essential. These control units connect vehicles with the environment and increase efficiency, safety, and comfort. They offer a wide range of functionalities, such as over-the-air updates, connected services, remote diagnostics, and eCall. You will be part of an agile development team and work on new features within the complex hardware and software system of a TCU. Your tasks will include:
  • Further development of a demonstrator for presenting Next Generation eCall
  • Development & maintenance of software
  • Development and execution of software and integration tests
  • Support in documenting existing features
  • Participation in the creation of marketing materials

Your profile
  • Student in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience with Linux
  • Proficient in an object-oriented programming language, such as C++
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good German and English skills,
