We are currently seeking a commercial assistant (m/f/d) in full-time at our client's location in Hannover

Your job:

Supporting the management assistant with administrative tasks
Processing mail
Answering phone calls
Organizing and maintaining files and records
Taking notes, writing letters from dictation, composing emails
Welcoming and hosting visitors
Assisting with events

Your qualifications:

Ideally, some previous experience in a commercial role
Fluent in written and spoken German
Wellgroomed appearance
Proficient in using common computer systems such as MS Office
