We are seeking a talented and dedicated Risk Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and help improve and develop our risk processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Comprehensive risk monitoring and reporting to support our management with informed insights.
Presenting risk analyses and reports to management.
Validating and optimizing risk models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Developing risk indicator systems and implementing them technically.
Applying in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking sector.

What you should bring:

In-depth knowledge of various areas of overall bank management.
Good to excellent knowledge in various topics such as risk capacity, capital planning, and project management.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ideally, experience with statistical software such as SAS, SPSS, R, or Stata.
Fluent German and English skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent social skills, teamwork, and communication skills.
