As a comprehensive university, the Goethe University Frankfurt offers over 100 degree programs in 16 departments across five campuses, while also maintaining a strong research focus.

The Department of Planning and Construction in the Real Estate Management division is currently seeking to fill a position as an architect or civil engineer (E 12 TV-G-U / full-time) on an indefinite basis.

The salary will be determined according to the job characteristics of the collective agreement for the Goethe University (TV-G-U). If the personal qualifications do not meet the requirements of the collective agreement, the salary will be determined according to the next lower pay grade in accordance with the EGO TV-G

Your responsibilities:

Your tasks will include managing construction projects for new buildings, renovations, repairs, and maintenance of buildings at the Goethe University.

You may also engage external engineering firms and act as a client representative when necessary. Your main areas of work will include project planning, preparation, tendering, cost estimation, accounting, and turnkey construction management. The construction projects will be carried out by experienced teams consisting of architects, construction and engineering professionals.
