Responsibilities:

  • Develop test strategies and concepts as part of the test planning process, and implement the test procedures in collaboration with our crossfunctional team (QA, Dev, Consultants, and PM)
  • Manage and organize the testing process
  • Actively participate in testing activities, including planning, implementing QA measures, and communicating and escalating issues to project management
  • Continuously improve test processes and tools in coordination with the team, such as defining and measuring quality indicators for the product
  • Ensure appropriate test reports are created for relevant stakeholders, including test and deviation status updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in (business) informatics, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of test management in a professional setting
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are preferred
  • Independent and detailoriented work style with a focus on quality
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, and ability to work well in a team
  • Proficient in English and German
