    Clinical Solutions Pharmacy is looking for ambitious, impactful, goal-oriented professionals to join our Pharmacy Technician Weekend Team


    Clinical Solutions Pharmacy is the only 100% female owned and founded closed-door pharmacy in the United States serving the correctional population. Clinical Solutions ships out 30,000 plus prescriptions a day to over 400 correctional facilities in 26 states

    Department Opening: LCA.

    Position: Pharmacy Technician Part Time.

    Location: 416 Mary Lindsay Polk Drive, Franklin, TN 37067.

    Weekend Shift Schedule: Saturday 7am to 2pm and Sunday 7am to 3:30pm.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to meet daily production standards.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently and as a team.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivity.
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening process.

    Duties include:

    • Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA.
    • Rotate through all fulfillment tasks for production requirement purposes.
    • Rotate working in the LCA, Specials, and Shipping Departments to fill the prescription orders and package them to be shipped to our clients.
    • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by Manager.
    • Keep workstation area organized and ensure the area is free from safety hazards.

    Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral English communication and to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors.


    Physical Demands:

    The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

    • Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, stir, walk and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
    • The employee is required to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift/move objects.
    • Able to reach, carry, finger, grasp and feel objects related to duties.
