Job DescriptionSalary:

Great Pay and Benefits for CMMS Administrator

$95,000 - $115,000/year depending on experience;
11 annual paid Federal holidays;

Duties of a CMMS Administrator
ATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Computerized Maintenance
Management System (CMMS) Administrator with a TOP SECRET clearance for a
position located in Springfield, Virginia. Position required to input data and maintain the
system for tracking, automated notification, advanced reporting, and analytics capabilities
in support of:

Assets and equipment inventory management;
facility maintenance and repairs;
service call/work order management;
automated warranty and regulatory compliance enforcement;
facility performance management;
equipment performance management; and
equipment maintenance/repair histories.

Candidate will also serve as point-of-contact for CMMS vendor and troubleshoot technical
issues to support software and equipment.

Required Qualifications for CMMS Administrator

Minimum TOP SECRET Clearance required - additional security clearance
investigation upon hire may also be required;
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role, preferably with systems
integrated with the Building Automation System, MS Office, and other systems;
Demonstrated experience with CMMS platforms - experience with WebTMA or
similar is a big plus;
Excellent communication skills; and
High level of professionalism for client interaction.
