Salary:
$70, $85,000.00 per year, depending on experience, skills and credentials.

Typical Schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm. There will be some variation in hours based on company needs (e.

HR Generalist Expectations

• This is a new position at Fania Roofing and you'll work handinhand with leadership to craft winning HR and recruiting strategies.
• You will juggle multiple tasks, projects and responsibilities as the HR Generalist for Fania Roofing.
• We will look to you to streamline the hiring process and implement recruitment strategies.
• As a fast growing company, we have an ongoing need to hire roofers

- you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring field labor and other positions to meet our growth goals.

• You will collaborate with the Management Team to set and achieve strategic initiatives.
• It will be your responsibility to maintain employee files and handle new hire essentials.
• We expect you to support our Safety Program by tracking certifications, monitoring recertifications, and promptly notifying managers of upcoming expiration dates.
• You will be involved in and actively contribute to leadership development initiatives.
• You will ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws as well as Fania's HR policies and procedures.
• When challenges arise, maintain a positive attitude and a calm demeanor as you work towards a solution.

HR Generalist Skills & Experience

• 2+ years' HR Generalist experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business or similar is preferred
• Recruiting and/or Hiring experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience using Payroll systems and/or HRIS
• SHRM-CP or similar certification is preferred
• Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
