We are currently looking for you as a trainer for train drivers (m/f/d) at DB Fernverkehr AG in Karlsruhe.
This is what you can expect during the qualification:
  • The qualification consists of various theoretical and practical modules and ends after six months with an exam to become a trainer for train drivers
  • Together with colleagues, you will learn and develop extensive knowledge and skills for your new role
  • You can expect exciting learning content, such as communication psychology, group dynamic processes, method knowledge, and personal development
  • As part of a mentorship, you will be accompanied and gain direct practical experience by observing trainings and taking on your own sequences
After your qualification, you will take on the following tasks:
  • You will professionally conduct qualification measures for train drivers, such as practical trainings and theory units
