- Troubleshoot ERP system issues that are reported and serve between users and software techs when necessary
- Test when new developments, patches, and software upgrades become available
- Help each branch by answering their questions and providing solutions to their issues
- Maintain and keep the ERP Portal up to date to make sure all saved materials are current
- Train employees/users by
- Support operation managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices, and fully utilizing ERP system
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar preferred
- 1-2 years experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry
- Certification in Oracle SaaS ERP or SAP ERP business process integration is a plus
- A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes
