About the Role:

As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for conducting monthly analytical reviews of the site's financial results and analyzing deviations in sales and costs from previous periods, budget estimates, and more.

You will also participate in monthly and annual financial statements, prepare reports, and join regular reporting calls. Additionally, you will be involved in budget planning, including volume development, personnel costs, and other expenses.

You will also support the implementation of a new operational system, specifically in terms of finance, performance management, and KPI reporting.

Other responsibilities include preparing weekly P&Ls for the management team, developing the annual capital expenditure budget and forecast, updating and optimizing planning files, and providing support and advice to the factory management in commercial matters.

You will report directly to the site management and management controlling.


Your Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Previous experience in a finance role is preferred.

You should also have knowledge of accounting principles and practices (HGB), proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel), and experience with SAP FI/CO.

Additionally, you should have experience in setting up or improving management reporting and internal control
