For a business partner of Spilberg, we are currently looking for a Team Leader Web Development with experience in team management and agile environments. Are you looking for a new challenge in a leadership role? Then keep reading and learn more about your next employer.

Your responsibilities:

As the leader of an agile team of frontend developers, you will be responsible for hiring, training, leading, and developing team members. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with quality standards, best practices, and coding guidelines. You will coach the team in developing frontend architectures, components, and features, and always be on the lookout for technological trends, evaluating and introducing new technologies and software components.

Active risk management in the development process, as well as seamless integration and deployment of web applications through collaboration with other teams, including backend development, infrastructure, and quality assurance, are also part of your responsibilities. You will identify technical challenges and provide solutions to optimize performance.

Your profile:

Your profile should include a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable qualification. In addition, leadership experience or taking on responsibility, for example as a team manager, agile coach
