Wallhaus GmbH is a real estate management company that has been operating in Bremen for 25 years, providing property management and asset management services for private investors, family offices, and institutional investors.

Our main focus is on the management and development of properties and rental agreements through various stages. Our team is divided into the commercial department and the technical department, currently consisting of 18 employees.

To expand our technical team in Bremen, we are currently seeking a Technical Manager/Caretaker (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

The responsibilities include the technical maintenance of our high-quality properties and all related tasks (no exterior cleaning, no gardening). Due to the diverse nature of our work, the daily routine is always dynamic and challenging.
