- BA/BS degree in family studies, social work, management, family sociology, community development, psychology, higher education, counseling or related field
- 2 years in related field or position
- 1 year of experience implementing, and disseminating evidence-based college, university, or community outreach or engagement programs related to women, military populations and/or families.
- Demonstrated ability to support and implement successful evidence-informed programs and build successful campus, corporate, and community partnerships.
- Able to identify program gaps and work with supervisors to develop plans, proposals, and programming.
- Able to locate, read, understand, and apply scholarly evidence to program development.
- Able to produce written program materials including lesson plans, manuals, and technical reports.
- Able to implement program evaluation strategies.
- Demonstrated organizational and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to include delivering training content to training participants.
- Willing to travel as needed within and beyond Indiana.
- One year of experience implementing, and disseminating evidence-based college, university, or community outreach or engagement programs related to women, military populations and/or families. Experience with military service and women service members and veterans
