Reports to:
Human Resources Supervisor

Work Schedule:
Friday-Monday 4:00 am to 2:30 pm

Pay Rate for this role is $24.50 to $30.35

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

Processes payroll using Kronos and Oracle Time & Attendance system.
Maintains accurate records and personnel files.
Assists supervisors with associate relations issues; specifically answering HR related questions and interpretations
Billingual Spanish preferred.
Serves as backup to the Receptionist and crosstrained to handle benefits and worker's compensation tasks.
Coordinates Leave of Absences; Personal, Medical, FMLA.
Conducts Benefit Orientations and 401K orientations.
Acts as liaison between Associates and external support groups; assists Associates in securing the appropriate support.
Maintains I9 records and supports compliance with federal laws regarding recordkeeping requirements.
Other duties may also be assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Computer proficient, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Intercommunication skills.
Customer Service Driven.
Validated organization, timemanagement, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to handle confidential data.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Reliable and diligent with a history of work presence.
