Job duties include and are not limited to the following:
- Greet visitors
- Ensure reception area is neat at all times
- Scheduling of patients
- Answering incoming calls
- Take and relay messages to appropriate personnel
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
- Maintaining providers' schedule
- Filing documents and patient charts
- Gathering patient charts
- Restock supplies
- Performs basic bookkeeping, filing and other clerical duties
- Obtain patient authorizations
- Other job duties
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' of customer service experience
Skills:
- Customer service skills
- Computer Literacy
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Adherence to deadlines
- Problem solving skills
Education:
- High School Diploma or relevant qualification
Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
