Job duties include and are not limited to the following:

  • Greet visitors
  • Ensure reception area is neat at all times
  • Scheduling of patients
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Take and relay messages to appropriate personnel
  • Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
  • Maintaining providers' schedule
  • Filing documents and patient charts
  • Gathering patient charts
  • Restock supplies
  • Performs basic bookkeeping, filing and other clerical duties
  • Obtain patient authorizations
  • Other job duties

Work Experience:


  • Minimum of 2 years' of customer service experience

Skills:


  • Customer service skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work flexible schedule
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Adherence to deadlines

Education:


  • High School Diploma or relevant qualification

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
