We are currently seeking a Plant Manager for our location in Osnabrück.


Responsibilities:

  • Professional and personnel management of employees
  • Responsible person for EfB: Maintaining the operating logbook and ensuring compliance with waste management activities
  • Planning, controlling, and monitoring of operational processes
  • Plant operation and production planning
  • Optimization of operational processes and ensuring a financially strong operation based on defined KPIs
  • Development and monitoring of operational goals and plans

Qualifications:
The current Plant Manager will remain with the company in a higher position.

This allows us to provide intensive training for newcomers from different industries or (Master's) graduates in engineering, environmental, or plastic sciences (or similar).


  • You are a strong leader who inspires and motivates the team to achieve top performance
  • You are constantly striving for improvement and are never satisfied with the status quo
  • You have a qualification as a master in a technical field or a degree in engineering
  • Ideally, you have experience in recycling and/or plastic processing
  • Ideally, you have the necessary qualifications for EfB and/or knowledge of waste management laws
  • You are digitally savvy and proficient in using common office programs
