Description
As a project manager (m/f/d) your tasks at Elmwood Park consist of comprehensive consulting and support for our trade customers - especially in the area of packaging and final artwork design processes.

As a project manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for independently coordinating and managing the timely execution of private label ranges for our existing customers, as well as interdisciplinary work teams.

You ensure a high level of service for our existing customers and ensure that orders and requests are always processed efficiently, on time, with high quality and in an economical manner, to the fullest satisfaction of our customers.

Using short reports, you keep the company management informed about customer and project developments. Here, you take into account current conditions, planned developments, order volumes, and economic developments.

What can you expect?

  • You provide service-oriented advice and support to FMCG customers and coordinate projects through customer-specific processes and software systems
  • You manage and control operational projects and ensure timely implementation of large-scale packaging design rollouts
  • You act as the interface between customers and agency, briefing creation, graphics, photography, and coordinating layouts and final artwork
  • You ensure timely project execution and delivery of print data, and prepare and process new orders (administrative tasks)
  • You monitor deadlines, time, costs, project scope, and profitability
