An engineering professional who serves as technical resource and applies engineering and scientific knowledge, mathematics, and ingenuity to support process troubleshooting and minimize production downtime during assigned shift.
+Responsibilities
+- Responsible for compliance with applicable regulations and standards for Quality; Environment, Health, and Safety (EH&S) Global Policies; AbbVie Engineering Standards; and other governance areas as applicable.
- Assists in development and revision of procedures and manufacturing directions.
- Assist with projects in manufacturing process areas to achieve process efficiencies such as increase in process yield quality improvements cycle time/throughput cost reduction initiatives Within structure plans own work manages several often concurrent tasks to accomplish assigned tasks meet or exceed expectations Plans conducts small-sized assigned projects continuous improvement cost reduction capacity increase etc that lead to process remediation improvement requiring conventional types of plans investigations or equipment Implements plans initiates execution of own work plan monitors executions for adherence to plan documents work status reports management appropriate frequency Coordinates technical support personnel conduct prototype experimental runs products processes Responsible providing technical support resolution technical automation issues executing assigned tasks required operational area Assists training personnel operation facilities processes equipment Establishes contacts supervisor project leaders professionals group Investigates gathers data performs preliminary analysis report findings prepares communicates recommendations respective action plans process issues Gather analyze data using statistical control methodology Support development action plan increase robustness prevent product loss control impact Applies standard principles methodologies interpret draw conclusions recommend solutions problems considering range factors Improves methods/designs/processes Recognizes implements innovations reductions Builds relationships initiates cultivates open honest relationships colleagues customers contractors vendors establishing rapport understanding others needs promoting common goals following through commitments Conveys information effectively verbal written presentations stakeholders team members internal external AbbVie using communication protocols Identifies ways customer operator satisfaction Documents agreements commitments keeps direct customers informed project initiative Notes Four-week rotations six-fifty AM-seven fifteen PM six-fifty PM seven fifteen AM+
