Team Lead Customer Success (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include:

You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of 9 Customer Success Experts.
Ensuring and strengthening team performance is your responsibility.
You and your team are responsible for the holistic support and development of over 800 customers in the DACH region and internationally (all industries).
In addition to customer adoption, you have a focus on goals for renewal, as well as up and crossselling for SMB to enterprise customers.
You provide advisory support to your team in successfully shaping the customer journey and act as an escalation point.
You ensure smooth processes and the best possible customer experience, including continuous process improvement.
You act as the interface between the sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
