    West Tulsa needing a 1st shift production manager who will supervise 40-80 employees and who has Lean Manufactuing experience

    Responsibilities

    · Production planning and running the schedule.

    · Developing and implementing production schedules to meet customer demands.

    · Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of work.

    · Utilize lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste.

    · Establish and maintain quality processes and standards throughout manufacturing.

    · Address quality problems.

    · Manage and motivate production team.

    · Provide coaching and training to production team.

    · Promote a safe working environment adhering to all safety processes and procedures.

    · Oversee lineside inventory and assist in improving processes.

    · Collaborate with supply chain in order to streamline builds in manufacturing.

    · Ensure sales is informed of any delays or issues as soon as they arise.

    · Work with Sales on a forecasting schedule to properly staff manufacturing.

    · Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer focus.

    · Will be responsible for 6-10 leads and 40-80 employees in the organization.

    Requirements

    · Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility

    · Prior experience in a managerial role

    · Prior experience with lean manufacturing and a 5S program

    · Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline preferred.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

    · Effective planning, problem solving and decision-making skills are essential.

    · Lean Six Sigma training preferred.
