    Job Summary:

    The Banking Product Manager is in charge of developing and managing the bank's products, setting product pricing, and enhancing current products to support the organization's strategic goals and meet customer demands.

    Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

    • Oversees competitive product and pricing analyses, monitors market trends, and assists in product positioning.
    • Develops and implements product roadmaps for Commercial, Private Banking, and Treasury Management.
    • Collaborates with internal teams to launch new products, develop pricing strategies, and track key metrics for success.
    • Executes campaigns for product growth and stays updated on market trends.
    • Provides product training to sales teams and addresses related requests.
    • Works with service teams to identify and resolve issues.
    • Assists with audits and compliance-related tasks.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Thorough knowledge of banking products, policies, regulations, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software applications.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
    • 2-4 years of banking or product management experience.
    • AAP or CTP certification preferred.
