Starting Rate of Pay: $17-18$ per hour, based on experience. Overtime will be required occasionally.

Vacation: Bi-Weekly accrual, starting at 2 weeks per year.

Larson-Juhl is offering exciting full-time opportunities for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse associate team in Kent, WA. We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused warehouse associate who thrives in a professional team environment. This is a 40-hour work schedule from Monday to Friday, influenced by customer needs and order volumes.

Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:

Picking and packing orders in a safe and timely manner.
Conducting quality inspections and packaging items for delivery routes.
Reviewing orders to ensure completeness and customer satisfaction.
Operating equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or dollies (positionspecific).
Receiving and replenishing inventory as needed.

What You Need to Be Successful

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid ID
Warehouse/production environment experience preferred
Ability to perform multiple tasks or focus on a single station.
Reading and recognizing product variations.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to measure using devices preferred
Time management and customer service skills.
Physical ability to walk, lift, and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) for extended periods.
Attention to detail.
Must pass pre employment drug screen and background check
