Our client, an internationally successful production company, is seeking a Corporate Treasurer (m/w/d) for a permanent position in Mentor-on-the-Lake, OH.

Your responsibilities:

Coordination of the group's treasury policy in direct relation to subsidiary companies
Execution of daytoday cash and liquidity management with periodic reporting
Management of shortterm liquidity, cash pooling, and intragroup financing
Administration of internet banking platforms, including user management
Negotiation and monitoring of bank conditions
Monitoring and control of currency and interest rate risks
Support of management in financing negotiations
Fulfillment of contractual reporting obligations to banks and management of financing agreements
Cash flow forecasting
Maintaining positive working relationships with bankers, investors, and external consultants
Staying uptodate on financial and industry developments
Technical management of change projects in treasury
Handling adhoc requests, regulatory and compliance requirements
Participation in credit and insurance management for subsidiary companies
Point of contact for all treasuryrelated inquiries from management, group companies, and external stakeholders (banks, auditors, etc.)
