    Patient Service Representative - Honolulu, HI, United States - TEKsystems

    Description

    Are you looking to kickstart your career in the healthcare industry? We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals for our Patient Service Representative role.     Key Responsibilities:

    - Assisting patients with inquires regarding their billing statements, verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary documents

    - Communicate with healthcare providers and members

    - Maintain accuracy and productivity standards.

    - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

    - Stay informed about current healthcare regulations and policies.

    Qualifications:

    - 1 year of patient care of any kind in the medical field.

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

    - Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
