    Role Summary:
    As a Patient Service Representative , you will play a crucial

    role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. You will be the first

    point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service,

    scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. Your

    attention to detail, empathy, and ability to communicate effectively will

    contribute to our patients' overall satisfaction.


    Responsibilities:

    Greet and Assist Patients:
    Welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.

    Appointment Scheduling:
    Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling and efficient use of resources.

    Patient Registration:
    Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.

    Answer Inquiries:
    Address patient queries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.

    Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals:
    Liaise with physicians, nurses, and other staff members to facilitate patient care.

    Maintain Clean and Organized Workspace:
    Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.

    Adhere to Policies and Procedures:
    Follow established protocols to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.


    Qualifications:
    High School Diploma or Equivalent

    Excellent Communication Skills:
    Ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers.

    Customer Service Experience:
    Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

    Attention to Detail:
    Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.

    Empathy and Compassion:
    A genuine desire to assist patients and provide exceptional service.

    Proficiency with Computers:
    Comfortable using electronic health record systems and office software.
