    Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for customer interaction and expertise in gas midstream operations? Seeking a Product Support Engineer to join a team onsite in Houston. This role offers the chance to utilize your experience with gas compressors, specifically in reciprocating and/or screw natural gas compression packages.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive product support to customers in the gas midstream industry, addressing technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing equipment performance.
    • Utilize your knowledge of reciprocating and/or screw natural gas compression packages to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and operational issues.
    • Interact directly with customers to understand their needs, provide guidance on equipment operation and maintenance, and build strong relationships.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in instrumentation, valves, and compressor control systems to ensure effective product support and problem resolution.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback, contribute to product improvement initiatives, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
    • Experience in gas midstream operations, with a focus on gas compressors being a plus.
    • Strong working knowledge of reciprocating and/or screw natural gas compression packages.
    • Comfortable engaging directly with customers and providing excellent customer service.
    • Proficiency in instrumentation, valves, and compressor control systems.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
