- Maintain bushes, hedges, and weeds
- Clean exterior of buildings, including parking lots and flower beds
- Work well with vendors
- Keep landscaping equipment in full functioning order and repair equipment when necessary
- Support maintenance staff as needed
- Wipe down kiosks, safe deposit boxes, elevator stainless steel
- Keep detailed records of work done
- The physical activities of this position may include climbing, reaching, standing, lifting, talking, hearing and performing repetitive motions. Occasionally may be required to sit
- High exertion; frequently lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and depth perception
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud
- Employees who work 7 1⁄2 continuous hours or more must take a 30 minute uninterrupted lunch break no later than 5 hours after beginning their work days
- High school education and diploma
- BSA and other Bank related training through BAI is required annually
- Any landscaping related courses
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Relevant computer skills, such as Word and Excel.
