We are looking for dedicated and qualified business lawyers (m/f/d) with a focus on acquisition finance to join our team in Frankfurt am Main and Munich.


What to expect:

  • You will support our attorneys in advising international companies, banks, and financial investors
  • One of your main tasks will be transaction and project management
  • You will be responsible for reviewing and drafting corporate documents
  • Additionally, you will assist the team in drafting loan agreements and negotiating credit securities
  • You will coordinate with other legal departments and our offices both domestically and internationally
  • You will also be involved in posttransaction activities, such as knowledge management

What sets you apart:

  • You have an excellent degree in business law and are looking for a new challenge. You may be a recent graduate or have some relevant experience. Along with good English skills and excellent German skills, you have a strong understanding of economics. You are a team player and use your creativity in addition to your expertise when faced with challenging tasks.
