Junior Recruiter to help aggressively fill both field and office positions across multiple locations.

Primary responsibilities for our
Junior Recruiter role include, but are not limited to, the following:

Identify recruiting sources, develop appropriate employment ad content, and post ads to facilitate recruiting efforts
Positively promote the company and the benefits of joining our growing team
Distribute recruiting materials and employment advertisements
Identify and attend recruiting events and customize recruiting efforts accordingly to achieve desired staffing levels
Perform recruiting tasks with a sense of urgency and aggressiveness necessary to achieve or exceed desired staffing levels on a regular and consistent basis

REQUIREMENTS:

1+ years of recruitingrelated experience for all levels, exempt and nonexempt, and to include subcontract labor
(Experience recruiting "blue collar" workers and/or CDL Drivers is HIGHLY PREFERRED and experience in the household goods industry is a plus but is not required):
Knowledge of key human resources functions including recruiting, employment law, personnel management, and employee development
A professional demeanor with appropriate presence and tact to suitably represent company in various environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills using the English language
Ability to occasionally travel to attend various recruitingrelated events
Valid driver's license along with reliable transportation to/from work
