We are an established and successful company for garden and winter services, located in the Ruhr area and primarily serving customers there.

Our company has grown in recent years and due to our good business development, we are looking to expand further.


We are currently seeking a
Branch Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Fairlea, WV in a full-time and permanent position.


Your responsibilities:


  • Establishing a central winter service control center / green space maintenance coordination
  • Creating deployment plans based on contractual services and weather conditions
  • Coordinating winter service and green space maintenance operations according to the season
  • Dispatching vehicles and orders
  • Coordinating and commissioning subcontractor operations
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and contractors, particularly in resolving invoices and any complaints

Requirements:


  • Completed vocational training, preferably in gardening and landscaping, freight forwarding or a similar field
  • Previous experience in calculations and tenders
  • Flexibility, commitment and selfdiscipline
  • Enjoyment and skill in communicating with clients, colleagues and subcontractors
  • Knowledge of MS Office products
  • Valid driver's license, additional classes are an advantage
