Senior Process Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • In your role as bank organizer, you support Baader Bank in ensuring a regulatorycompliant organizational process.
  • You are the central point of contact for all process management matters.
  • You are responsible for process management standards as well as the development and further improvement of the central process map.
  • In collaboration with the organizational units, you analyze and document business processes and necessary controls with a focus on ensuring the internal control system.
  • Furthermore, you analyze existing business processes for inefficient procedures and identify measures for process optimization, including digitalization opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • You take responsibility for identified optimization projects and implement them.
