What to expect

You will work on diverse, interdisciplinary projects within the scope of corporate transactions, with a focus on transaction advisory (financial due diligence), valuation (company valuation), and financial modeling.

In addition, you will be involved in national and international special projects, such as restructuring, court or arbitration opinions.

You will also be responsible for conducting capital market, competition, and industry research, as well as analyzing integrated corporate plans and contributing to reports and presentations within the projects.

You can look forward to varied projects, interdisciplinary collaboration, and knowledge exchange with experts from different fields.
What you bring
A completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, preferably with a focus on corporate finance, accounting, controlling, and/or finance
Excellent analytical skills to structure complex issues, identify problems, and derive strategic solutions for the biggest challenges of our time
Ideally, experience through several months of internships and/or first practical experience in the financial services sector
Strong communication skills in both German and English
Enjoyment of working together in a team to prepare and present results for national and international clients
