For our client, the company CLAAS based in Harsewinkel, we are currently looking for a Designer (m/f/d) 3D Routing / Wiring Development.

The department "Wire Harness & Lighting" is responsible for the development of electrical wiring systems as well as the design of lighting components for self-propelled harvesting machines. The scope of work includes the construction of wiring harnesses and their management from concept development to series development and maintenance of harvesting machines. Tasks include schematic creation, 3D design / physical installation, drawing creation, definition and technical support of electrical components. Another task is the design and technical support of lighting components.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independent conception and development of wiring harnesses:
  • Definition of wiring harness routing and mounting concept
  • Creation of corresponding 3D models in CAD (Catia V6)
  • Coordination of assembly requirements and installation trials
  • Coordination of technical tasks with suppliers
