ABOUT THE POSITION


Are you a passionate baker with a heart of gold, looking to take on the responsibility of managing multiple locations in a region? Join our warm and welcoming team, where every individual's contribution counts.

As the production manager, you will shape the leadership culture at Zeit für Brot and ensure smooth implementation of all processes in your region.

But above all, your main task will be to convey our values and goals to your teams, support them, and inspire them.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the organizational management of our bakeries in southern Germany
  • Ensuring smooth production processes and consistently high quality
  • Planning efficient staffing and deployment of personnel
  • Responsible for employee development and performance reviews
  • Meeting key performance indicators and implementing measures to improve production volume, effectiveness, and efficiency
  • Collaborating with production management to develop and implement innovative products
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and occupational safety measures, as well as organic certification requirements
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of production processes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed apprenticeship as a baker with a master's certificate
  • Passion for a new baking tradition that combines authentic craftsmanship and sustainability
  • Experience in managing and developing a larger team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire employees
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP systems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High quality awareness with a focus on cost control
  • Strong sense of responsibility and handson mentality
