We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Seasonal Summer Learning Coach to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Position Summary

As a Summer Learning Coach at Eardley Education Solutions, you will play a crucial role in providing research-based, multisensory interventions for reading and math to our students for the months of June-August.

You will work with students in a one-on-one or small group setting, implementing custom-created lesson plans to promote growth in these skills.

These lessons may be delivered in-person at one of our summer centers, the student's home, or virtually through Zoom. Training is provided and travel between students is reimbursable.


Key Responsibilities

• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student engagement and confidence.
• Track and monitor student progress and communicate with instructional leaders and parents or guardians as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance.
• Travel within Bedminster, NJ is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute
• Full or parttime availability; weekend availability preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different learning styles.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and creating a safe learning environment.
