Valeo eAutomotive is currently seeking a Site HR Support/Junior HRBP (m/f/d) at our location in Bad Neustadt a.d. Saale in the Human Resources department.

Your new field of work - exciting and future-oriented:

  • Maintaining personnel data in various systems (including Peoplesoft, SAP, Workday)
  • Creating employment contracts, contract amendments, and other documents based on templates
  • Conducting simple evaluations
  • Administering the entry and exit process of employees
  • Assisting/covering for time management and external employee management
  • Supporting HR Business Partners in organizational and administrative matters
  • Point of contact for all administrative questions from employees
  • Assisting with HR projects

Your qualifications - solid and specific:

  • Completed commercial training/business studies
  • Relevant work experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Absolute trustworthiness and willingness to learn
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
  • Very good German skills; good English skills
