Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the efficient operation of our office and has the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents- Manage phone systems by answering and directing calls appropriately
- Support office management by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Conduct proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in written communications
- Serve as a front desk point of contact for visitors
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively-
