Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our garage door sales and service team.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule service calls, installations, and sales appointments
- Dispatch technicians and manage daily job calendars
- Create and manage customer files, work orders, and service tickets
- Prepare estimates,invoices,and basic reports/li>Follow up with customers on service completionand payments/li>Support inventory trackingfor doors(openers,and parts/li>Assist with payroll prep,time tracking,and data entry
