Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. This can be a year round position or a summer position only. We are looking for someone available with a flexible schedule that can work 7-3pm. 3-11pm and 11-7am.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

Duties:

• Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
• Checkin and checkout guests efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Conduct night audit duties as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
• Proficient in using phone systems and hotel software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
• Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management procedures is desirable
