What can you expect?

  • You will be the first point of contact in our practice and warmly welcome our pet owners and their animals
  • Your organizational skills ensure a smooth and worry-free daily routine in the practice
  • You handle administrative communication and appointment scheduling for pet owners, both digitally and in person
  • You coordinate patient management in cooperation with our veterinarians and veterinary assistants
  • You identify potential areas for improvement together with our MD Medical, making the practice's daily operations easier
  • You work as a coordinator among the service team members and support the practice manager and head veterinarian in areas such as service processes, ensuring hygiene standards in the customer area, coordinating processes across the medical department, reviewing service shift schedules, coordinating correct forwarding of credits and payments, acting as a contact person for interns, onboarding new service team members, and coordinating daily tasks among the service team members
