- Coordinate daily activities with the project owner and contractor.
- Review daily construction field reports.
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Determine necessary changes to construction contracts based on field conditions.
- Implement RFI's, submittals, and shop drawings in construction projects.
- Conduct various materials testing, including concrete and aggregates testing.
- Track and document as-built information for project records.
- Maintain communication with the project team throughout.
- Showcase strong project organization skills.
- Minimum of an associate's degree in construction technology or a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in implementing RFI's, submittals, and shop drawings in real-world construction projects.
- Experience in tracking and recording as-built information.
- Solid Financial Management Skills - Budgeting, scheduling, and awareness of project financials.
- Successful completion of pre-employment substance abuse testing and background checks.
