For the Garden City location of Salzgitter/Wolfenbüttel, I am currently seeking a freelance technician / construction supervisor (m/f/d) for HVAC and plumbing, to start as soon as possible.

My client is in need of an experienced technician / construction supervisor (m/f/d) for HVAC and plumbing .

Project Details

Start date: mid-May
Project duration: > 12 months
Workload: 5 days per week

Your responsibilities as a technician / construction supervisor (m/f/d) for HVAC and plumbing

Participation in the assessment of subsystems for handover to the commissioning team. This includes creating a trade-specific document list and evaluating the completeness and quality of documentation against the document list.
Participation in the development of test programs and test instructions
Execution of commissioning based on approved test programs and test instructions
Participation in the creation of as-built documentation for technical and/or organizational documents, taking into account findings from the commission
