Technical skills:

• Extensive Windows desktop OS experience.
• Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
• Know or strongly
  want to learn:
• Windows Servers, active directory administration.
• TCP/IP configuration and troubleshooting.
• Use of PSA ticketing systems such as ConnectWise or Autotask.
• Administering and supporting Office 365 Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Teams.
• Working knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.

Preferred Experience:

• Windows OS troubleshooting two years or more.
• Hardware Troubleshooting two years or more.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 36
• Networking technologies
• Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, WAN, LAN, Wireless, VPN, DNS, & Cloud Infrastructure.
• Attended and enjoyed the following Los Rios Community College classes: CISC 310, CISC 360, CISN 110, CISN 111, CISN 300, CISN 340
• Relevant certifications

For Example:
CompTIA A+ or Cisco Certification.


Pay:
$ $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
