Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Lead Receptionist is responsible for overseeing operation of the reception desk and area.

Acts as receptionist by receiving callers at establishment, determining the nature of business, and directing callers to destination by performing the following duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, coworkers and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction.
Directs caller to destination and records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon.
May cash checks; sell stamps, bill residents for meal charges by entering data on computer system.
Responsible for petty cash, taking payments for misc. items.
Makes guest room reservations.
Other HR and Administrative tasks as assigned
Greet incoming visitors Screen visitors in lobby if unfamiliar. Keep track of keys to residents, employees and vendors.
Monitor fire alarms and dispatch 911.
