    1 Resource Group is looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Parts and Service Representative-equipment parts to join our clients dynamic team. As a Parts and Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in the parts and service department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company and contribute to the overall success of our clients in the industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist customers in identifying their parts and service needs

    Provide accurate and detailed information about available parts and services

    Process and manage customer orders efficiently

    Collaborate with technicians and parts personnel to ensure seamless operations

    Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Previous experience in a customer service or sales role

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong attention to detail

    Proficiency in using computer systems and software

    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
