- Coordinate, manage and maintain active sponsorships and sponsor information; ensure multiple systems are consistently accurate and current
- Assist in the creation of new sponsorships including research, pricing, and timelines/production schedules
- Review and proof internal and external assets to ensure technical requirements are met as well as appropriate sponsor attribution/recognition is captured (assets include digital, mobile, video, and print)
- Assist with the development and execution of routine sponsor communications, including spec dissemination, deadline reminders, and sponsorship updates
- General project management as needed for special sponsorship and/or event-related tasks

- College degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of tradeshow or administrative experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities efficiently
- Must have excellent organizational skills, dedication to quality and be a team player
- Commitment to high-quality customer service and have a customer-first mentality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong spreadsheet and database management skills (ex: Excel, Numbers, SmartSheet, AirTable, etc...)
- Familiarity with simple web updates using a WYSIWYG editor a plus
- Able to identify, work with, and manage outside vendors
- Ability to be flexible in working varied and additional hours as well as travel occasionally
