In addition, we act as a property developer, facility manager, and redevelopment agency according to the German Building Code. We effectively support the demands for living and quality of life in Heidelberg.

We are currently seeking a full-time Engineer/Technician/Foreman with a focus on building services as a Warranty Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our "Construction Management" division as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Monitoring and enforcement of warranty/guarantee claims and management of defects during the warranty phase, especially for our building services-heavy special buildings such as the Heidelberg Congress Center.

Systematic and project-related documentation of all warranty cases and communication on the processing status of warranty defects. Technical clarification and assessment of recorded defects, review of contract and performance specifications. Correspondence with contract partners, internal stakeholders, and customers, taking into account economic, legal, and customer-oriented aspects.

Coordination of defect remediation and monitoring of implementation and timely completion, as well as on-site management of minor renovation or remodeling measures if necessary.

Management of warranty cases, taking into account legal and economic aspects - if necessary, also initiating replacement measures or evidence preservation procedures.
